December 2024 Recap

Last month of the 2024 year!!

Let’s just say, boy what a year 2024 has been!

2024 was definitely a year for the books. We expanded our beehives this year, and Andrew has been learning more and more to help with the business. We purchased not only our new home, but a new location for our business! So much good and bad.

But, in true monthly fashion let’s get into a December 2024 recap!

We started December off with a running start, as we attended John R Park Homestead’s Holiday Maker’s Market. It was such a great day, not only did we get to see so many of our customers but we also got to do some Christmas shopping for our family.

As the kids went off for holiday break, we closed down the shop for the same two weeks. While closed we did a deep clean of our shop, stocked up on our containers and also starting packing up the shop!

In January we begin renovations for the new honey shop and we cannot wait. We will be sharing the journey over on our Instagram account @dresserspuresthoney . But don’t worry, we’ll also post some updates on the blog.

I needed some professional headshots done, so I had a photo session with Cate over at Willow More Creative and it turned into a whole branding shoot-and I’m totally here for it!

That’s basically it, I know not a huge blog post and nothing too interesting happened in the month of December, but we spent a lot of time settling into our own new home and preparing for the shop renovation.
